CALL FOR PROPOSALS: Art Instructors Wanted! 

The Vernon Community Arts Centre (VCAC) invites experienced and qualified art instructors to submit proposals for the Vernon Arts Summer School program. Go beyond the traditional VCAC programming and design a 5-day workshop that challenges the norm and inspires artistic exploration (ex. experimental techniques, large-scale projects, unconventional mediums). If you’re passionate about sharing your artistic expertise and inspiring others, submit your proposal for consideration by Monday, May 13th, 2024. 

Program Details: 

This 5-day intensive workshop series provides a platform for adults spanning a variety of artistic backgrounds to immerse themselves in specialized art classes. As an instructor, you have the flexibility to set the skill level of your proposed workshop, whether it be for beginners, intermediate, or advanced artists, or creating a welcoming environment for all levels of experience.

VCAC is willing to work around current instructor guidelines. Please include a concise bio highlighting your qualifications and workshop/teaching experience and indicate your preferred week for the workshop (August 5th to August 9th or August 12th to August 16th).
