Landscapes, whether real or imagined, encourage us to take a moment to explore, and experience new worlds. For this exhibit, local artists were tasked to draw inspiration from the world around them and translate it with their own unique vision and artistic style.

Join us this March and venture into familiar and unfamiliar territory and unique landscapes at the Vernon Community Arts Centre Gallery. Participating artists are all members of the Arts Council of the North Okanagan, the not-for-profit society that runs the VCAC.

Exhibit is open to the public daily, March 1 to April 2, 2024.

No entry fee. Donations welcomed for those that wish to support Vernon Community Arts programming.

“Altered Realities, Abstracted Creations” invites you to explore the the beauty of ambiguity through abstract and representational art. This exhibit features a range of paintings, sculptures, and prints from Okanagan artists, and members of the Arts Council of the North Okanagan.

This exhibit runs February 2 to 25 at the Vernon Community Arts Centre.

Visitors are welcome to see the show at no charge. Donations accepted for those that wish to support Vernon Community Arts.
