Basics of Drawing: Ages 10-14

Description

Students can withdraw from classes with a full refund with 5 or more days notice before the start date of the class.  No refund will be issued with less notice.  VCAC reserves the right to cancel or postpone classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
