Encouraging Ability In The Arts
Vernon Community Arts Centre 2704a Highway 6, Vernon, BCVCAC is pleased to present “Encouraging Ability in the Arts”, an exhibit featuring works from the Joining Hands Program.
Joining Hands assists and provides adults living with disabilities varied opportunities to explore and develop their artistic abilities. The project accommodates beginner, emerging and established artists, giving them the opportunity to be a part of something tangible in their community through artistic and creative expression.
