Discover the joy & magic of sculpting. This is an intermediate class for those with previous experience using clay and a basic understanding of the properties of the material. Students will learn the foundations of sculpting animals by creating a cat with clay. In this 3 part series, the first day will focus on creating the body shape, and the second day will be for adding details, texture, and character in order to bring the cats to life. After bisque firing, you will return to decorate your pieces with washes and under glazes. Please bring images of any specific cat you would like to create. Price includes all materials needed but you are welcome to bring your own tools.
