Whether you are entering an art contest, submitting a portfolio, or simply posting your artwork on Facebook or Instagram, it is essential to know how to take good photos of your artwork, as high-quality photography offers the first impression of your art and your professionalism.

In this workshop, you will learn how to take photos of your 2-D art. We’ll cover lighting, environment, camera settings and simple editing – the staples necessary to make your art look true to life. This class will focus both on theory (week 1) and practice (week 2), so bring your camera (DSLR or cell phone) and a tripod if you have one.
