Discover the joy & magic of sculpting with clay in this 3-part intermediate class. Suitable for those with previous experience using clay and a basic understanding of it’s properties. Students will learn the foundations of sculpting while creating an elephant with clay. The first day will focus on creating the body shape, and the second day will be for adding details, texture, and character to bring the elephants to life. After bisque firing, students will return to decorate their pieces with washes, and underglazes. Price includes all materials. Students are welcome to bring their own tools.
