Explore some of Japanese culture and its renowned art forms in Eiko’s engaging 3-hour class. Using beautiful papers try the art of origami to make lovely gifts. Try your hand at drawing with ink and a brush on traditional hanshi paper. Unleash your creativity with traditional sumi-ink brushwork, practicing the strokes to inscribe phrases, beloved words, or names in Japanese kanji .

Participants should be 13 years of age or older. Please wear art appropriate clothing.
