Angela Possak

Angela Possak,a certified McGown rug hooking teacher, has been hooking for over thirty years; sharing her skills in the art of rug hooking and teaching classes in the U.S. and Canada. Her work is showcased in galleries and juried exhibits.

Angela is an expert in all aspects of rug hooking:
Wide cut, primitive and fine hooking
Teaching
Wool dyeing
Designing original patterns for wide cut and primitive
Restoring antique rugs

Her group “The Rug Hooking Circle” meets every Wednesday in Studio 204 at the Rotary Centre for the Arts in Kelowna.
Angela lives in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. Upon invitation she also travels to conduct workshops and rug hooking classes.

Her original design rugs have been purchased by collectors in Canada, Australia, U.S.A., South Africa, Germany and England.
